Graham Care Staff Portal

What is this?

This is the brand new staff portal for Graham Care where you can write Staff Supervisions, Notes, Reports and more. It replaces the previous staff portal system that you may have used before. Most archives have been transferred and are available to view in the new system, and the remaining more recent archives will be transferred shortly.

How do I log in?

If you have never logged in to the new Staff Portal, you will have a different password to that which you used before. You can use the 'Forgotten Password' link to reset your password and log in.

1. Go to the 'Forgotten Password' page.
2. Input your email address. This is the email address that you are registered with in Planday, you MUST use this email address in order to gain access to the system.
3. Press 'Send Password Reset Link' and wait to recieve the email.
4. You should recieve an email with a reset link. Follow this link and reset your password to gain access. You will need to do this within 60 minutes.
